My dearest assistant Grace just graduated two weekends ago. She is so special to me. She has been a great friend, a great assistant and a great source of giggles. I can't wait to see what God's got in store for her! Hopefully she continues photography (because she's AWESOME). I love ya, girl!

Emily is a good friend of mine who owns a cute bridal boutique called Emily Hart. My bridesmaids got their dresses from her and my mom and my M.I.L. She is so darn cute! And Jovan is equally as handsome. As you'll see, they're quite a fun couple. We shot down at the River City Market on Sunday. They brought their dogs, too!

They just got married on Sunday before Memorial Day. It was a gorgeous wedding at the American downtown at Crown Center in KC. Everything was so beauitful...the colors, the people, the dress, everything!

Kristin & Justin!

Congrats to Kristin & Justin! Kristin looked sooo beautiful in her Maggie Soltero dress last Friday! The reception was held at Leawood South Country Club...a beautiful room was prepared with wonderful food and cake! Kristin is a friend of mine who kind of introduced me to Josh, my husband. Her and Justin have an amazing testimony and story of how they met. May God bless you guys!

Congrats to Sarah & Josh!

Sarah has been one of my biggest mentors and a good friends since I was about fourteen years old. It was such a powerful ceremony and a really fun reception. They got hitched at the Loretto downtown KC. What a cool place! My fav was the dressing rooms. The lighting was amazing. :) Haha! I'm such a photo geek!

Matt & Michelle!

Congrats to Matt & Michelle! They had their awesome reception at a really neat venue downtown near the Power & Light District. It's called Nara. It's very urban...totally my style! Loved shooting there. Them and their upbeat wedding party were a blast to hang out with. We went everywhere downtown after the ceremony to shoot more fun pics!

My Wedding!

Everything went so well...so many people showed up. It was a dream come true! Josh looked stunning and so did the rest of the crew. We had a great night among family and friends. My lovely photographers Laura Kathryn, Grace Cook, Amanda Cooper and Kevin Keith did a fantastic job. Thanks so much, guys! We traveled to Cancun, Mexico after our wedding for a week and spent as much time on the beach as possible. It was a blast! Here's some pics from the wedding:
