Faith

I had an amazing talk with a couple of girl friends last night that really helped me gain perspective on things in my life. I just feel so blessed to have such incredible relationships in my life, people who come along side you and hear you out when you need to vent and need some serious words of wisdom. I am a Christian and I want to say that I am so overly blessed! The Lord is so amazing and His mercy is new everyday. How cool is that? His heart is full of compassion and grace even though we don't deserve anything but hell. I'm overjoyed to be serving the King.

Calendar Update...

We currently have fourteen weddings booked for 2008 and it's still January! God is so good! I can't wait to be a part of everyone's special day...that will be a blast. We are going to try and keep our weddings at about 25 this year and not more. I think this is smart considering I will be a newlywed. I want to make sure I spend enough quality time with my new husband!

Wedding Season Begins Now!

We are so very proud to present our new website! (www.saratafoyaphotography.com) It is not quite finished yet...in fact, Grace one of my amazing assistants is working on it as I write this! It's going to be full of information a bride needs to plan her wedding day. We've got several friends we like to work with and will highly recommend their services because they do such a wonderful job. I can't wait to say that it is all completed! Soon...very soon...

The Mountains Rock!

Wow! I haven't blogged in a LOOOOOONG TIME! Life has been crazy! Josh and I got back from Colorado just a week or so ago. We went skiing in Loveland, Colorado. It was beautiful but bitter cold. We spent the extended weekend with his sister and her husband...Sarah and Jared. We had a blast!


Now it's back to real life! I moved out of my apartment and thankfully it wasn't half as painful as it normally would have been because my amazing fiance helped me a TON! What a great guy! We are now down to 59 days left till the wedding...yikes~! My gown came in from the Gown Gallery (www.gowngallery.com) just the other day. It is SO beauitiful! You'll see pics soon!

Congrats to Karla & Mike!

This fabulous couple recently joined together as husband and wife this past December. They had a cold and snowy, yet beautiful and intimate little wedding. It was so much fun! I worked along side Karla this summer to help with her CD cover. She's such an amazing person...the nicest you'd ever meet! Her husband is a very lucky man :) I just received a text tonight about winning a music award here in Kansas City...YOU GO, GIRL!

Back From Florida!

Hey Everyone!

My assistants and I just came back from Tampa! We went there to PPA...Professional Photographers of America. We had such a blast! Learned SOOOO much...can't wait to start putting everything in action! We went to tons of great seminars. The girls and I got to have a photograph taken with two of our favorite speakers...Matthew Jordan Smith and David Jay! They had so many great things to say! Thanks guys!
