Brad for Sheriff!

Our friend Brad is running for Sheriff this November. He asked a bunch of guys with motorcycles to ride in the Smithton Parade with him. It was a blast! A good size group of people were able to show. Go Brad!

That wedding I shot this weekend that is "coming soon" is still "coming soon". :) But I thought I'd post some pics of the team of bridesmaids that I drove down with. We have all been friends of the bride for a while. Traveling with them was AWESOME! You go, girls! lol

Latin Dance Class, Anyone?

I decided to put my salsa skills to some good use and get my butt to the gym at least a few times a week earlier in June. Now I'm "Sara Salsa" at our gym in Sedalia! It's a fun little class I choreographed complete with weights, abs, cardio and lots more. If you're in the area, totally stop by!!!

It's Official!

Finally, Josh and I signed all the paperwork to make him a "partner" in my LLC legal documents! He's finally in for good! :)

It's about time!

I'm a so excited to announce we are FINALLY accepting credit cards! Hopefully this will make life tons easier for all of us. I've always made it available to third parties to just buy images on the web using credit cards but now you can purchase your ENTIRE WEDDING this way! From now on I'm going to have all SENIOR shoots and ENGAGEMENT shoots paid for via credit or debit or check before the shoot takes place. This will make the whole process for everyone run much smoother.

Our New House!

I'm sure it's kind of confusing to you Kansas City people when you're reading my blog but here's the low-down... My wonderful husband, Josh and I just got married 3 months ago. He is from Sedalia, MO and has a house there. Naturally I packed my bags and headed across the border. Although I terribly miss KC I'm learning to love it here too. I travel hour drive back and for to KC at least once a week for weddings, consultations, shoots and/or family & friends. I still plan to do business and shoot weddings all over the Greater Kansas City Area so don't count me out when looking for a photographer!

Anyway, here's some pics of the new house! We are supposed to be closing on August 1st. I'm so excited! This house is newer and bigger than our current home. We're still looking for a buyer for our current house so email me if you're interested!

Here I Come, Sedalia!

Here's a sample of one of the three posters I just mocked up on my computer. Hopefully these will grab some seniors attention here in Sedalia! I just started venturing out into the great unknown of southwestern Missouri. Not quite sure how I'm going to tackle this town but I'm going to give it my all! Running back and forth to KC is starting to really wear on me...and Josh. So the more business here, the better!
